Before creating my own structure, I worked with several production companies on shoots alongside experienced directors.
Those experiences taught me rigour, organisation and the importance of teamwork. Watching large-scale productions from the inside is probably one of the best schools there is.
To this day, many of the methods I use come directly from those shoots.
