Data and purposes

The form collects your name, email, selected service and message, together with the date received. This information is used to respond to you and, if requested, prepare a service. Please do not include sensitive data. Technical providers may process connection data to operate and secure the website.

Legal basis

Quote requests are processed to take the pre-contractual steps you request. Other correspondence and security measures rely on the legitimate interest in responding to visitors and protecting the website. The form does not subscribe you to marketing lists.

Recipients and providers

Enquiries are accessible to the website administrator. Supabase stores them; Vercel and Cloudflare support the technical operation of the website. When email notifications are enabled, Resend forwards the enquiry to the publisher’s business mailbox. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; their contractual safeguards and transfer information are available in the policies linked below.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a service are intended to be deleted no later than twelve months after the last exchange. Enquiries that lead to a service may be kept in the client file for the periods needed to perform the contract and meet applicable legal obligations.

Cookies and external links

The website code does not implement advertising trackers or audience analytics. Technical mechanisms support language selection and administrator authentication. Social media links open external services governed by their own policies.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and exercise your rights to object or data portability where applicable. Send your request to the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
